Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the transportation services provided by Plop Plop Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a trip, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
01Our Services
Plop Plop Group provides transportation services within the State of Massachusetts, including rides, moving services, non-emergency medical transportation, and small to medium package delivery. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that falls outside our service area or capabilities, or that we believe may create a safety risk.
02Bookings & Quotes
Quote requests submitted through our website or by phone are not a confirmed booking until we confirm availability and pricing with you. All quotes are based on the information you provide; final pricing may be adjusted if the actual trip details differ from those provided at the time of the quote.
We strive to respond to quote requests promptly, but we do not guarantee an instant response outside of our operating hours.
03Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice will not incur a fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion. We will communicate any applicable charges clearly before they are applied.
04Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of service or according to the terms confirmed with your booking. We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain services. Any pricing quoted is valid for the specific trip described and does not include applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise.
05Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
- Ensure that any packages are properly packed and lawful to transport.
- Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
We may refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in a manner that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.
06Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Our medical transportation services are non-emergency only. We are not a substitute for emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, call 911. Riders requiring assistance must inform us of any accessibility or accompaniment needs at the time of booking so we can match the right vehicle and support.
07Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plop Plop Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
08Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
09Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
